How to Find Order Delivery and Protect Access

Find member or guest orders, refresh their status and view available delivery content. Keep order passwords, account details and codes private.

Your order is the place to check payment and delivery progress, supplied content and any included usage instructions. Open the correct order entry point and refresh its status when you need an update.

Open a member or guest order

  • Member purchase. Sign in to the purchasing account and open My Orders. Select the corresponding order to view its details.
  • Guest purchase. Open Guest Order Lookup and enter the email and order password used at checkout. The order number is an optional search field. Complete the verification shown by the page when requested.

The guest order password is the lookup credential chosen at checkout. Keep it with the checkout email and order number in a private place.

Read the current payment and delivery status

Use the order page’s Refresh button to request an update. Follow the payment and delivery status displayed for that order. If delivery is still being processed, check its progress rather than creating another order simply to refresh the result.

When supplied content is available, the order shows a delivery section. Usage instructions appear when they are included with the package. Some orders contain separate child orders; check the delivery section for the relevant item.

View or save only the content you need

Completed delivery content can be displayed in the order viewer. Use the eye-icon show/hide control to hide access details before a screenshot; after hiding them, use the show control to view them again. A processing status does not confirm that delivery content is ready. Where Copy or Download is offered, keep saved files on a device you control.

Account packages such as Notion Education Plus may include mailbox details. The rotating proxy package supplies connection credentials. Treat these details, redemption codes and API access information as private access material.

Keep account rules with the delivered details

Read the product-specific restrictions before changing account settings. The edX learning account warns against changing its email. Use the rules for the package in your order; a general security tip should not replace its stated sign-in and account-change conditions.

Share a problem report without sharing access

  • Hide delivery content before taking a screenshot. Redact account names, email addresses, passwords, verification codes, redemption codes and connection credentials.
  • Use the support method displayed by the website and share only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not place access details in public comments or shared screenshots.
  • On a shared device, use Clear saved info where offered for guest lookup, and avoid leaving downloaded delivery files behind.
